Terms and Conditions of Use

Exchange policy:

      If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange for other products or receive a store credit. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and must be in new and saleable condition (unused).

        Chef King does not offer cash or credit card refunds.

      Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The dollar amount available for the exchange or store credit issued will be the purchase price less the standard shipping and handling charge. All merchandise must be returned in original packaging and in an unused condition. Any damages incurred in returned transit will be the buyer’s responsibility.

        To make an exchange or receive store credit, please ship items prepaid and insured to:

How to return merchandise for exchange of store credit:

         There are two ways you can return merchandise to us.

             1. Take it to our stores with your invoice or receipt.

            2. Return it to us by mail. If you choose to mail your return, please complete the Return Form located on the back of your invoice included with your package. Then repack the product in the original packing materials used for shipping, and enclose your completed Return Form. If you do not have your invoice, please include a note of the purchased item and why you are returning the package. We recommend that you send your package by a traceable method. After we receive the return, a store credit will be issued to customers.
